Happy 2025! I pray for peace and goodwill this year.
I just received an email this morning saying that none of the recordings are working. Yikes! Anyway, I did a little poking around under the hood and discovered that the service I use to create this page (Weebly) has changed their pricing models. The pricing tier I have used for the past twelve years no longer supports audio. It would have been nice if they had contacted me about this. Sigh. That's the way of the internet and — I suppose — the world. Anyway, I'll upgrade the plan to keep it working. Thanks to those who have donated to support this page. As always, I love to hear from you — especially if you have a recording you'd like me to make. (Saturday, January 18, 2025) It makes me happy to know that people are using these recordings. But another joy I get is from the discovery of music in the Hymnal that I otherwise have not had a chance to use. This project has given me the opportunity to appreciate all the styles of hymns in the Hymnal 1982.
(Wednesday, May 10, 2023) Little by little I've been adding MIDI files to the website. Please send me an email if there's a hymn you'd like recorded or made into MIDI.
(Monday, March 27, 2023) I'm working on updating the site more regularly. The goal is to complete the Hymnal recordings. Pray for me!
(Monday, February 21, 2022) My name is Chris Perry and I am the Director of Music at St. Mark's Episcopal church in Mesa, AZ. These are recordings I have made for my choir to practice with at home. All are welcome to share in these for any purposes that further's God's will.
Love in Christ to all! (Begun Sunday, August 11th, 2013) |
